Kempnyia neotropica (Jacobson & Bianchi, 1905)

Material examined. Brazil, Espírito Santo State, Baixo Guandu, 2 males, 21–31.viii.1970, TCE (DZUP).

Remarks. The first record of this species from Espírito Santo State was by Klapálek (1916), when he described Macrogynoplax aterrima, which was synonymized with K. neotropica by Zwick (1972). Klapálek (1916) did not indicate the exact locality where his specimen was collected in Espirito Santo State.
