Aeromachus bandaishanus Murayama & Shimonoya, 1968

New Entomologist 17(1): 10.

Labels: “Bandaisha/ Formosa /1, VII, 1965,” “Gen. No./ 66079,” “ Aeromachus / bandaishanus/ Mur et Shim./ HOLOTYPE.”

A male specimen was designated as the holotype by Murayama & Shimonoya (1968), and the specimen was retrieved in the Shimonoya collection (Figs. 10–12).

Though this species might be related to a continental species such as A. nanus (Leech, 1890), we regard bandaishanus as a valid species name.
