Only known from Ecuador.

Collected in February, March, April, and August.

Remarks.

Inhabits the montane cloud forests of the Andean region at 2000 m a.s.l. According to Cook (2002), this species was collected with pitfall traps baited with human excrements and NTP80 traps (necrotrap).
