Type data

The type specimen of this species was collected in 1911 during the Stanford Expedition by the embryologist Harold Heath (1868–1951) and the student of zoology William Mann (1886–1960) (Oliveira 2014) at “Independencia”, Paraíba State, northeastern Brazil.
