Distribution. W Europe, North Africa (Alonso-Zarazaga 2011d)

Biology. On Tamarix sp. ( Tamaricaceae).

Notes. The record is probably based on misidentification of Hypophyes minutissimus which is only listed species in the subsequent paper (Medvedev 1953b).
