Dolichopus acutangulus Negrobov et Barkalov

Dolichopus (Hygroceleuthus) acutangulus Negrobov & Barkalov: in Negrobov, 1976: 509.

Material. Russia: 33, 2 ♀, Transbaikalia Region, “Pad’ Kapshil”, 6.VI.1943, V.B. Dubinin [ZMU].

Remarks. The material examined shows individual variability in both males and females of the species. Femora are either partly dark or almost entirely dirty-yellow; mid femur with one or two anterior preapical setae. Nevertheless, the pointed drawn-out apex of postpedicel distinguishes D. acutangulus from other members of the species group.

Distribution. Type locality: “ Mongolia: Zentral aimak, 20 km S Ulan-Bator”. Dolichopus acutangulus was known from the environs of Ulan-Bator (Mongolia). Now the species is also known from Russia (southern Transbaikalia Territory).
