Material examined. Holotype ♁, Shaanxi: Xunyangba (33.35°N, 108.33°E), Ningshan, 1360 m, 28.VI.2007, leg. HL Yu, slide No. LWC07418 . Paratype: 1♁, same data as holotype.
Additional material. Sichuan: 2♁, Caoping Village (30.95°N, 103.32°E), Sanjiang, Wenchuan, 11.VII.2014, 1557 m, leg. W Guan et al., slide No. KYN21202 .
Diagnosis. Adult (Fig. 10) wingspan 19.0–20.0 mm. Calamotropha duofurcata is characterized by the white forewing with a black speckle at middle of the medial fascia, the orange yellow subterminal fascia, and the pale brownish yellow terminal margin with three black dots; in the male genitalia by the uncus bifurcated at apex, the gnathos with an angular dorsal process at middle, and the phallus without cornutus (Li & Li 2012: Fig. 2A).
Distribution. China (Shaanxi, Sichuan).
