1A2A87EEFFDAFFC9F4C2FB15FCBB4020.taxon	distribution	Now, the island of La Palma can be added to the list of the distribution of L. hispanus in the Canary archipelago: On 26 - 06 - 2024, an adult specimen (Fig. 1) was found near the camping area visitor centre in the Parque Nacional de la Caldera de Taburiente. 1A2A87EEFFDAFFC9F4C2F943FBA4415C.taxon	description	(Heteroptera: Pyrrhocoridae) was erroneously reported for the Canary Islands before (AUKEMA, 2024). Now, the first verifiable record of the species in the archipelago can be reported: On 24 - 07 - 2024, a macropterous adult specimen of P. apterus (Fig. 2) was found in the village of San Andrés on the island of El Hierro.
