Hodgart and others from Roshi Khola at 1410 m asl and Cha Khola, Khasre, and Gowchar (currently Tribhuvan International Airport area), Kathmandu. Later, it was recorded in China, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Pakistan (Blakemore et al. 2014).
