03BE2A4AFFB7FFF251A97C8DFB2CFAD1.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The new species is superficially similar to D. polystriana Park & Karisch, 2022 described from Ivory Coast (female), but it can be distinguished by the forewing and hindwing patterns: the yellowish-white antemedian fascia is nearly straight and slightly oblique, without a distinct fascia beyond, and the hindwing bears a strongly angled yellowish-white postmedian line. In D. polystriana, the forewing fascia is slightly concave and followed by a well-developed crescent fascia, while the hindwing postmedian line is not strongly angled medially. The male genitalia resemble those of D. vittatella Park, 2020 (in Park et al. 2020) (Uganda), but the species can be readily distinguished externally by the forewing with a narrow, slightly zigzagged antemedian fascia (with a broad band in D. vittatella).	en	Karisch, Timm, Dutton, Amy-Jayne, Yu, Tae-Uk, Park, Kyu-Tek (2025): Lecithoceridae (Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea) from Nimba Mts. bordering Liberia and Guinea, Part I: The subfamily Torodorinae, with descriptions of 15 new species. 03BE2A4AFFBAFFF751A97C81FE39FAED.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Similar to D. proaula Meyrick, 1908 (S. Africa), but smaller (18.5 – 22 mm vs. 24 – 28 mm wingspan in D. proaula). It differs in forewing fringes: in D. noviproaula, light-orange fringes occupy only 1 / 3 of the termen, whereas in D. proaula they extend over more than half. The postmedian fascia of the forewing consists of a pale yellow triangular costal patch and a small, rounded dot near the dorsum, versus a large crescent yellowish-white mark in D. proaula. The female genitalia differ clearly with a short, dish-shaped antrum, whereas in D. proaula, it is tubular as shown in Fig. 4 D 2 (after Janse 1954, pl. 167, fig. 1).	en	Karisch, Timm, Dutton, Amy-Jayne, Yu, Tae-Uk, Park, Kyu-Tek (2025): Lecithoceridae (Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea) from Nimba Mts. bordering Liberia and Guinea, Part I: The subfamily Torodorinae, with descriptions of 15 new species. 03BE2A4AFFBEFFEA51A978F8FD8AFEB9.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Similar to D. ovartiella Park & Karisch, 2022 (Ivory Coast), but it differs by a large, triangular costal patch and the nearly straight postmedian fascia, whereas in D. ovartiella, the costal patch is weakly developed and the postmedian fascia is strongly angled before the hind margin. 03BE2A4AFFAFFFDB51A97D5FFC8DFB85.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The male genitalia of this species can be distinguished from those of its congeners by the uniquely elongated uncus, the valva with a serrated costal margin, and the saccal zone triangularly extended anteriorly. Nevertheless, its assignment to Thubdora is supported by the forewing venation, which agrees with that of the genus, and by the DNA sequence analysis showing close affinity.	en	Karisch, Timm, Dutton, Amy-Jayne, Yu, Tae-Uk, Park, Kyu-Tek (2025): Lecithoceridae (Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea) from Nimba Mts. bordering Liberia and Guinea, Part I: The subfamily Torodorinae, with descriptions of 15 new species. 03BE2A4AFF94FFDF51A97B19FBBBFA4B.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The female genitalia are very similar to those of T. ivoryensis Park & Karish, 2022 from Ivory Coast, but this species can be distinguished by both male and female genital structures as shown in Figs 22 B, C. The female genitalia differ by having a shorter ductus bursae, gradually broader anteriorly, with the ductus seminalis as broad as ductus bursae, whereas in T. ivoryensis, it is more than twice the length of the corpus bursae, with ductus seminalis about half as wide as the ductus bursae. The female is here reported for the first time and its genitalia are described and illustrated. Male genitalia (Figs 22 B, B 1): See also Park & Karisch (2021, fig. 8 B). Female genitalia (Fig. 22 C): Abdominal sternite VIII emarginated medially, into V-shape. Apophyses anteriores about 2 / 3 the length of apophyses posteriores. Ostium bursae nearly flat. Antrum sclerotized, jar-shaped; lateral margin remarkably concave beyond two-thirds. Ductus bursae broadened, gradually broader anteriorly, about twice the length of corpus bursae; ductus seminalis as broad as distal part of ductus bursae, arising from middle. Corpus bursae ovate; signum with a hood-shaped upper plate and a smaller low plate, divided by a narrow transverse groove medially.	en	Karisch, Timm, Dutton, Amy-Jayne, Yu, Tae-Uk, Park, Kyu-Tek (2025): Lecithoceridae (Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea) from Nimba Mts. bordering Liberia and Guinea, Part I: The subfamily Torodorinae, with descriptions of 15 new species.
