Note.

This species is recorded on Larrea divaricata Cav. ( Stonedahl 1988) as a host plant, which is sparsely distributed on the lower elevation areas of the county (personal observation). We found nymphs of this bug on L. divaricata at the Chiricahua Desert Research Institute to confirm its presence in Jeff Davis County, but to document the morphology we utilized adult specimens from the CNC from Stonedahl’s reference collection that were collected in Arizona and New Mexico.
