11. Scrobipalpa chitensis (Povolný, 2001)

Distribution. China (Shaanxi, Ningxia), Russia (Chitinskaya oblast’). New record for China. Notes. Chinese specimens resemble S. chitensis (Povolný) superficially and in the male genitalia ( Fig. 32 ), but slightly differ in the narrower sacculus and shorter uncus.
