Porobelba Grandjean View in CoL , 1936

Body small (340-420 µm), yellowish brown, covered by thick layer of cerotegument. Adults bear exuvial scalps. Prodorsum triangular, without propodolateral apophysis (P), rarely with prodorsal tubercles. Bothridia comparatively large, positioned laterally and quite far from anterior border of notogaster. Notogaster with standard set of 11 pairs of notogastral setae, setae c-l-h aligned in two more or less arched rows. First pair of notogastral setae (c1) usually longer and larger than remainder. Spinae adnatae, if present, weak and narrow, ceratiform or thorn-like. A single, unpaired and variably developed area porosa present in posterior part of notogaster, between setae of pair h1. Trochanteral setation 1-1-2-1, femoral setation 7-6-4-4, genual setation 4-4-3-3. Tibia IV always bears seta d, coupled with solenidion; seta d present or absent on tibiae II and III.
