Sperchon (Hispidosperchon) tarnogradskii Sokolow, 1927
New records: Bingöl Province: Adaklı, Gurk stream, 39°12'34"N 40°27'58"E, 1250 m asl., 11.07.2008, (0/1/ 0); Erentepe stream, 38°48'25"N 40°28'09"E, 1500 m asl., 18.08.2008, (0/1/0); Çölek stream, 38°48'07"N 40°27'36"E, 1500 m asl., 22.05.2009, (1/1/0).
Remarks: Due to the similar the integument sculpture (formed exclusively by fine denticles) and P-3 bearing one ventral seta ( Fig. 6C View FIGURE 6 A – C –D), Sperchon tarnogradskii closely resembles S. insignis Walter, 1906, from which it differs exclusively in P-3 being larger in size. The variability of further populations needs to be examined to clarify the taxonomy. Figures 4A–E View FIGURE 4 A – E show some morphological details of the specimens from Bingöl Province.
New for Turkey.
Distribution: Caucasus, Crimea, Uzbekhistan, Iran.
