– Male: metasomal sterna with much sparser and shorter hairs; gonocoxite bare; membranous retrorse lobe of gonocoxite large, 2–5 times as long as gonostylus, with hardly noticeable pubescence; gonostylus with only a few short bristles (except for E. edessae , the gonostylus of which is provided with very long and dense bristles and with the ventral lobe).
