Characters: Test elongate-oviform, glabrous; test platelets round or oval, imbricating and forming a hexagonal pattern. Aperture circular, bordered by 8–12 finely serrated platelets.

Distribution: India - Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.
