Material examined. GRNR: 2578 m: 18XI.2015, LT, 1 ♂ .
Distribution. SAR element known from North Africa (DZ, LY, MA, TN), Arabian Peninsula (AE, SA) and IR.
Life forms and Remarks. ZS(C)LC species. It is the only known species of this genus from KSA previously mentioned by Mateu (1986) from Madinah and Makkah provinces. Recently, this species was reported from Asir, Baha, and Riyadh Province ( Abdel-Dayem et al. 2017; Rasool et al. 2018a, b). The species occurs in the African pencil cedar forests.
