Material examined. WMR: 1150 m: 16.IV.2016, LT , 1 ♂; 01.IV.2017, HP, 1 ex. 1467 m: 23.II.2014, HP, 2 ♂, 1 ♀.

Distribution: AFR species, widely distributed throughout Africa (AN, BF, CD, CF, CG, CM, CV, DJ, ER, ET, GA, GH, GQ, GW, KE, ML, MZ, NA, NG, RW, SN, SO, TD, TZ, ZM, ZW) eastward to the southwestern Arabian Peninsula (SA, YE).

Life forms and Remarks. MGHT species. It is reported form Asir Province ( Basilewsky 1979). Adults of this species were collected in the Acacia community at the bottom of GRNR.
