Material examined: Mi-575, 3exs., Wall moss, 8.xi.2017, Pampadum Shola.
Distribution: The shell is very large and broadly pear-shaped. The fundus is surrounded by a flat ridge extending to the anterior third of the height. The crosssection and mouth are elliptical. The shell is covered with large idiosomes surrounded and cross-sectioned by smaller plates. Shell length is 265-275 µm and width is 135-142µm.
Distribution: India: Present record. Elsewhere: Cosmopolitan.
