Note: This species was recorded from a female from Kaohsiung: Takao ( PUTHZ 1981). Since no male has found hitherto, the identification may be wrong. A very close species is living in China and in the Ishigaki Island: S. plagiocephalus L. BENICK. Males are needed to decide, which species lives in Taiwan.
