Genus Aragara Walker, 1860 View in CoL (= Ochtherisoma Becker, 1911 )
The genus is restricted to the Oriental Region. The genus with type species A. crassipes Walker was described from Sri Lanka ( Walker, 1860), then Becker (1911) described A. imitator (Becker) from Java and this species was recorded from Burma and Philippines ( Sabrosky, 1977).
Cherian (1985) described 3 species in India, and Ismay (1990) described A. minor Ismay from Malaysia.
