Leucophenga quadricuspidata View in CoL sp. nov.

( Figs. 2 View FIGURE 2 E, 4G, 4H, 5M, 10)

Diagnosis. This species is somewhat similar to L. fuscivena sp. nov. in the color patterns of abdominal tergites in male ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 G, H, M), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the aedeagus distolaterally with four acute processes each bearing a sensillum at tip ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 D).

Description. Ocellar triangle brownish, with ca. 0–1 seta above ocellar setae. Frons yellowish to yellow. Pedicel yellowish to yellow; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus brownish yellow. Palpus brownish. Mesonotum yellowish ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 G). Postpronotal lobe yellowish ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 H). Acrostichal setulae in ca. 6–8 irregular rows ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 G). Scutellum entirely yellowish ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 G). Pleura, katepisternum and meron yellowish ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 H). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 E): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with ca. 5–6 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Only 3rd and 4th abdominal tergites with brownish to black patches in male ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 M). Male terminalia: Epandrium pubescent medially and near posterior margin, with ca. 8 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 A). Paramere narrowed basally and apically, slightly curved ventrally, with ca. 7 sensilla distally ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 C).
