Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 4−13 ) forewing length 5.0–6.0 mm. Blastobasis parki is similar to B. drymosa Adamski & Li, 2010 and B. sprotundalis Park, 1984 in structures of the genital. Its male genitalia can be separated from those of B. drymosa by the presence of long setae along the ventral margin of the proximal flange, and the membrane above the proximal flange with a row of elongate spine-like setae ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 14−17 ). Its female genitalia are distinguished by the intersegmental membrane posterior to the seventh segment with an oval area of dense microtrichiae flanking the ostium, and the seventh sternum almost straight on the posterior margin ( Sinev 1986: Fig. 8 View FIGURES 4−13 ). In B. drymosa , the proximal flange lacks long setae along ventral margin but bears a cluster of elongate spine-like setae in the membrane above the proximal flange in the male genitalia. And the densely microtrichiate area flanking ostium on the intersegmental membrane posterior to the seventh segment is subquadrate, and the seventh sternum is deeply concave in broad V-shape on the posterior margin in the female genitalia. The differences between B. parki and B. sprotundalis are given in the diagnosis of B. sprotundalis .

Distribution. China (Hebei, Liaoning, Shanxi), Korea, Russia (Primorsky Krai).

Note. This species is recorded for the first time in China.
