Bryobia View in CoL mites puncture the plant tissues with their long, stylet-like chelicerae. They are often found on leaves, but they can also be found on branches and twigs ( Ros 2009). Only one species has been reported on olive trees: Bryobia attica View in CoL from Greece ( Hatzinikolis and Emmanouel 1990).
