Materials examined. China: 4 males & 3 females, Henan, Xinjian, Liankangshan National Natural Reserve , ix-4- 2014, Libin Ma coll. ( SNNU) .

Description. Male. Body size small. Head small, round, slightly wider than the anterior margin of pronotum. Rostrum narrower than antennal scape. Median ocellus rounded and smallest, lateral ocelli oval-like. Eyes rather large. Postclypeus narrowed medially, anteclypeus transverse wide. Apical joint of maxillary palpi slightly longer than the third, depressed and widened, with rounded apex; apical joint of labial palpi rod-like, longer than remainder sections, depressed and widened. Pronotum transverse wide, trapezoidal; anterior margin straight and the posterior somewhat convex, posterior margin wider than the anterior, middle of both lateral edges slightly concave. Tegmen bearing an oblique vein and three chord veins. Apical region degraded, lateral region bearing four Sc branches. Hind wings extremely long, about two times longer than tegmen. Fore tibia only possessing external tympanum, elongate oval-like. Hind tibia bearing four dorsal spurs inside and three outside; and hind tibia bearing three apical spurs inside and outside respectively.

Genitalia. Epiphallus well-developed, basal margin concave medially and arc-shaped; two sides of apical margin angular, slightly curved inward. Median lobe of epiphallus short and not obvious, lateral lobe long and curved inward. Ectoparamere transverse and not exceeding median lobe.

Female. Similar to male. Dorsal area of tegmen bearing seven longitudinal veins. Hind tibia bearing four dorsal spurs on two sides respectively. Ovipositor short, sword-like and apically acute.

Coloration. Body colored brown. Head colored yellowish brown; fourth joint of maxillary palpi colored white, remainder ones dark brown. Pronotum colored dark brown. Legs colored yellowish brown. Tegmen colored light brown, lateral area brown.

Measurements (mm). Male (n=4). BL 5.24±0.77, HW 1.38±0.22, PL 1.09±0.18, TL 3.14±0.47, HFL 3.60±0.57. Female (n=2). BL 5.06±0.35, HW 1.42±0.19, PL 1.06±0.35, TL 2.67±0.32, HFL 3.58±0.60, OL 2.56±0.29.
