Material examined. 5 juveniles, Zonguldak, Ayiçi, in the vicinity of Kızılelma Maġarası, 36T 4087464592235, 161 m, beech leaf litter, 15-VIII-2005; 1 Ψ, Bartin, Ulus, in the vicinity of Ionure Maġarası; 22-VIII-2005; S. Teruel leg.
The antennae have 28 and 29 articles (1 antenna with 28 articles, 4 with 29). Thoracic macrochaetae and marginal setae long and robust (ma, la and lp of mesonotum: 147, 206 and 299 Μm, respectively; ma and lp of metanotum 157 and 294 Μm). These features differ from those of the C. taunica type material; the acquisition of more specimens will help provide more robust justification for taxonomically separating the two populations.
