Dolerocypris sinensis sp. nov. Sars, 1903: 37, pl. 4 (7).

Material examined

Four females (ECNU20140907/TT01-03; ECNU20150418/TT51) dissected.

Dimensions

(Female, n = 3) Length, 1.80–1.89 mm; height, 0.47–0.63 mm; width, 0.56 mm.

Brief description

Female, carapace elongate, sometimes green. Only RV with wide selvage along both anterior and posterior margins. Natatory setae of A2 slightly exceeding tips of terminal claws. Seta Sa and claw Ga on UR equally long. Seta Sp small and smooth.

Distribution

This species has been reported from Nearctic and Palaearctic regions ( Martens and Savatenalinton 2011). In China, it has been reported from Fujian ( Sars 1903), Gansu and Hubei ( Chen 1982), Sichuan ( Huang 1986) and Jiangsu ( Yu et al. 2005).
