Leptopholcus Simon, 1893

Of the ten species of Leptopholcus currently known from mainland Africa ( Huber 2011b; herein), two are endemic to West Africa ( L. guineensis Millot, 1941 ; L. kintampo sp. nov.); the third [ L. tipula ( Simon, 1907) ] occurs throughout the entire Guineo-Congolian rainforest (Huber 201 1b) ( Fig. 26 ).
