Material examined. South Korea (GG, JN) ( NHMB, NIBR, SNU).
Host plant. Gleditsia japonica Miq. (Fabaceae) , confirmed by the presence of immatures. Comments. In recent Korean checklists (Lee et al. 2014; Kwon et al. 2015a) this species is still listed under Euphalerus .
