Macrocheles vernalis Schweitzer, 1961 : Kandil, 1983.
Occurrences. Dömösd, Jósvafő, Misina, Nógrádverőce, Perkáta, Tác, Zalavár ( Erőss and Mahunka, 1971a), Újszentmargita ( Kandil, 1983).
Notes. This species were collected on soil and leaf litter, but some specimens were found in association with stable flies ( Kontschán and Hornok, 2019).
