Occurrences. Dobogókő, Lajosmizse, Zebegény, Békéscsaba (Erős and Mahunka, 1971a), Miskolc ( Ambros, 1993), Dömös ( Kontschán, 2005), Budapest (Kontschán, 2015), Gyöngyös ( Ács and Kontschán, 2014), Oroszlány ( Kontschán et al., 2016), Mátraalmás ( Ambros, 1987).
Notes. This species was collected usually from soil, but it was found in association with Cetonia aurata beetle ( Ács and Kontschán, 2014).
