Remarks: It is not possible to say whether these Brazilian specimens are Testechiniscus macronyx (as re-described, McInnes 1994b), but description and drawings (de Barros 1942a) suggest this probably belong to either a different Testechiniscus species or even the Echiniscus arctomys group.
