REMARK

This name was validly published but is a variety of a dubious name, hence his inclusion in the incertae sedis. Furthermore, it is mentioned on the holotype and in the description “suc laiteux rouge” (red latex), the dry type specimen left at P cannot allow to confirm or invalidate this very unlikely assertion (no known red-latexed euphorbia are known, only taxa with a slight yellowish, pinkish or greenish hue are know such as Euphorbia abdelkuri from Yemen) .
