Type locality. Peru, Cerro de Pasco, m 4000.

Examined material. HT ♂ and 1 PT ♀ (CSt at MSNM) (complete TS).

Note. Species description based on only two specimens, both immature; moreover, the HT ♂ shows an incomplete and deformed aedeagus. The validity of this species has to be confirmed with additional material.

Distribution. The two type specimens are from Cerro de Pasco (Dept. Pasco).

Habitat. The altitude data reported on the labels (4,000 m a.s.l.) suggest a preference of this species for the Andean grassland.
