Type locality. Lalbag, Murshidabad, West Bengal, India

Description. Aseptate gregarine, cone shaped, measuring 62.4 − 108.1 µm in length and 33.2 − 53.2 µm in width. Nucleus spherical and measures 8.3 − 12.5 µm Gametocyst measures 71.0 − 83.2 µm × 45.0 − 76.1 µm. Oocyst biconical in shape with more or less rounded extremities. It measures 6.4 − 6.6 µm × 3.1 − 3.3 µm.
