Holotype. ♂ USA: Michigan: Muskegon Co.: 2.viii.1944, R.R. Dreisbach ( NMNH). Synonymy by Mitchell (1962).
County records: Allegan, Barry, Berrien, Cass, Clare, Clinton, Gladwin, Ingham, Jackson, Leelanau, Livingston, Macomb, Manistee, Mecosta, Midland, Monroe, Montcalm, Muskegon, Oceana, Ottawa, Shiawassee, St. Joseph, Van Buren.
Notes. Michigan is at the eastern range limits of this species, as records of similar bees from the Atlantic states pertain to Lasioglossum (Dialictus) arantium Gibbs 2011 .
