Remarks. Occipital carina distinct laterally and widely absent dorsally; frons and vertex with shallow granulation, dull or weakly shining. Both sexes with antennal flagellum very slender, with 17–18 flagellomeres in female and 17–19 flagellomeres in male. Flagellomeres 2–4 in female 2.2× to almost 3.0× as long as broad. Male flagellum usually stronger tapered towards apex than in female. Malar space 0.6–0.8× as long as basal mandibular width. Propodeum with basal keel usually weak but distinct, sometimes partly (or completely) substituted by weak irregular wrinkles or furrow, 0.8–1.0× as long as apical area. First metasomal segment with petiole striate dorsally and laterally; glymma distinct, situated in apical about 0.7 of tergite, isolated or with very fine groove towards ventral side of postpetiole, never reaching ventral side of postpetiole. Ovipositor short, straight, with upper valve expanded at apex ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 19–25 ). Examined samples from RMNH collection are mostly somewhat larger than the holotype.

The species is similar to A. achterbergi as both have slender flagellum, widely interrupted dorsally occipital carina, notaulus with strong wrinkle, deep and long foveate groove on mesopleuron, long metacarpus (R 1) and long basal keel of propodeum, but differs from this species by longer temple, less slender antennal flagellum with greater number of flagellomeres ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 19–25 ), striate dorsally and laterally petiole of first metasomal tergite ( Figs 23, 24 View FIGURES 19–25 ), and short and straight ovipositor ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 19–25 ).

Distribution. Oriental species: North to South Vietnam.
