Material examined. ARDABIL: Majareh – Kolur, many specimens, 21.vii.1996. TEHRAN: Azad Bar, many specimens, 8.-10.vii.1995.

Comments. On Mentha spp. in mountain areas. Known from Central and South Europe, Turkey, Caucasus, and Middle Asia. New for Iran.
