Diagnosis. Body length 1.1–1.5 mm ( Figs. 6–7 View Fig View Fig ); head with cylindrical frontal sulcus, closed anteriorly ( Figs. 8d–f View Fig , 10g View Fig , 12g View Fig ); prosternum as long as wide ( Fig. 8g View Fig ); mesoventrites with promesocoxal foveae ( Fig. 8h View Fig ); abdominal tergite and ventrite VI distinctly larger than V and VII ( Fig. 8k–l View Fig ); most male genitalia with simple median lobe ( Figs. 8p View Fig , 10a, 10e–f View Fig , 12a–f View Fig ) but some shallow bifid ( Fig. 10b–d View Fig ).
