Folsomia fimetaria ( Linnaeus, 1758)

Distribution and ecology. A widely distributed species, mainly in disturbed sites and organic debris. In Buryatia, it was recorded singly, usually by flotation of coarse sand near the water edge ( Fig. 1 : loc. 2, 10).
