Stegana (Steganina) cornuta Li & Chen , sp. nov.

( Figs. 7A, 7B View FIGURE 7 , 32 View FIGURE 32 )

Diagnosis. This species closely resembles S. (S.) angulistrata Wu & Chen, 2010 in the shape of male terminalia (as fig. 1–6 in Wu & Chen 2010, Fig. 32 View FIGURE 32 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the aedeagus medially lacking serrated process but mediolaterally with a pair of horned processes ( Fig. 32C, D View FIGURE 32 ); the aedeagal sheath distally slender and strongly dorsad curved ( Fig. 32E, F View FIGURE 32 ).

Description. Male and female: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum yellow ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ). Scutellum yellow ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ). Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 or 4 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brown to dark brown ( Fig. 7A, B View FIGURE 7 ); sternites brown, slightly wider than long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 32 View FIGURE 32 ): Epandrium with ca. 9 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 32A View FIGURE 32 ). Surstylus with 1 prensiseta, several setulae, and serrated processes near distal margin ( Fig. 32A, B View FIGURE 32 ). Cercus lacking pubescence ( Fig. 32A View FIGURE 32 ). Hypandrium expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 32C, D View FIGURE 32 ). Pregonite small, with 2 sensilla ( Fig. 32C, D View FIGURE 32 ). Aedeagus rounded distally, with numerous minute, serrated processes laterally and much pubescence distoventrally and sublaterally ( Fig. 32C, D View FIGURE 32 ). Aedeagal sheath with some minute, serrated processes distally ( Fig. 32E, F View FIGURE 32 ). Subepandrial sclerite slightly vaulted, split medially ( Fig. 32G View FIGURE 32 ).
