( Figs. 14E, 14F View FIGURE 14 , 65A–C View FIGURE 65 )

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) fuscipes sp. nov. in the distally large and brown palpus and the mostly brown legs ( Figs. 9B View FIGURE 9 , 14F View FIGURE 14 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the mostly yellow katepisternum ( Fig. 14F View FIGURE 14 ); the abdominal sternites about 3 times as wide as long.

Description. Female: First flagellomere yellow on basal 1/3, brown on distal 2/3. Clypeus brownish. Mesonotum brown medially, brownish yellow laterally ( Fig. 14E View FIGURE 14 ). Scutellum dark brown ( Fig. 14E View FIGURE 14 ). Halter mostly brownish ( Fig. 14F View FIGURE 14 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites mostly dark brown ( Fig. 14E, F View FIGURE 14 ); sternites brown. Female terminalia ( Fig. 65A–C View FIGURE 65 ): Epiproct with several setae, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 65A View FIGURE 65 ). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence ( Fig. 65A, C View FIGURE 65 ). Eighth sternite slightly longer than wide, glabrous on basal 3/4, with numerous setae and much pubescence on distal 1/4 ( Fig. 65B View FIGURE 65 ).
