( Figs. 12C, 12D View FIGURE 12 , 54 View FIGURE 54 )

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) cylindrica Wang, Gao, & Chen, 2013 in the shape of male terminalia (as fig. 2 in Wang et al. 2013, Fig. 54 View FIGURE 54 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the tubular aedeagus distoventrally with 3 rugae per side, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 54C, D View FIGURE 54 ); the subepandrial sclerite lacking pubescence ( Fig. 54G View FIGURE 54 ).

Description. Male and female: First flagellomere brownish. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum brown medially, brownish yellow laterally ( Fig. 12C View FIGURE 12 ). Katepisternum yellow ( Fig. 12D View FIGURE 12 ). Scutellum brown medially, dark brown laterally, yellow at tip ( Fig. 12C View FIGURE 12 ). Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 12D View FIGURE 12 ). Fore femur with a row of 4 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brown to dark brown; sternites brown, about 2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 54A–G View FIGURE 54 ): Epandrium with ca. 11 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 54A View FIGURE 54 ). Surstylus with 1 peg-like tooth and some setulae near distal margin, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 54A, B View FIGURE 54 ). Cercus lacking pubescence ( Fig. 54A View FIGURE 54 ). Hypandrium strongly expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 54C, D View FIGURE 54 ). Pregonite small, with 2 sensilla ( Fig. 54C, D View FIGURE 54 ). Aedeagus lacking serrated process ( Fig. 54C, D View FIGURE 54 ). Aedeagal sheath distally dorsad curved and with several minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 54E, F View FIGURE 54 ). Subepandrial sclerite slightly rectangle distally ( Fig. 54G View FIGURE 54 ). Female terminalia ( Fig. 54H–J View FIGURE 54 ): Epiproct with several setae on distal 1/2 ( Fig. 54H View FIGURE 54 ). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence ( Fig. 54H, J View FIGURE 54 ). Eight sternite about 1.5 times as long as wide, glabrous on basal 4/5, with several setae and some pubescence on distal 1/5 ( Fig. 54I View FIGURE 54 ).
