Nepticula gimmonella Matsumura, 1931: 1114  .

Material examined. 1 ♂, Far East RUSSIA, Primorskiy Kray, 20 km E Ussuriysk, Gornotayezhnoe, Biological Station, 5.viii. 2011, leg, A. Rocienė, genitalia slide no. AG 438 ( ZIN).

Morphology update. Uncus divided into two gradually narrowed lateral lobes; bent distally in genitalia slide no. AG 438 ( Figs 36, 38View FIGURES 36 – 39). Gnathos with two slender caudal processes and large central plate ( Fig. 38View FIGURES 36 – 39). Valva with two apical processes bent inwardly and with heavily papillated inner lobe ( Fig. 37View FIGURES 36 – 39). Transtilla with long sublateral processes ( Fig. 36View FIGURES 36 – 39). Cornuti spine-like, aggregated into long broad cluster, apical cornuti 2–3 times larger than the others ( Fig. 39View FIGURES 36 – 39).

Remarks. The male genitalia of this species are illustrated/documented with photographs for the first time.
