Gyropus setosus Neumann 1912a: 372 , fig. 18 (female habitus, dorsal view), fig. 19 (female habitus, ventral view, legs omitted). Type locality: Bolivia, Charuplaya. Type host: Proechimys securus (= Proechimys brevicauda (Gunther)) View in CoL . Typology: one male and four female syntypes (see Neumann 1912a: 375) held by ENVT.
