Shape: Narrow, elongated, elliptical, dorsoventrally flattened (Figs 645 & 647).
Characteristics: Egg marked on all surfaces by round, concave cells with broad walls (Figs 645 & 647), cells deeper on wider lateral side (Fig. 648), anterior polar cell walls narrow (Figs 645 & 646). Aeropyles, slightly elevated, openings very small, present only around horizontal rims of egg and anterior pole (Fig. 649). Micropylar cells slightly recessed (Fig. 646). Micropyles offcentred (Fig. 645). Chorion smooth, undulating, slightly granular (Fig. 650).
