Shape: Globular.

Characteristics: Soft chorion; egg distinctly marked on all surfaces by concave, hexagonal cells with elevated, moderately broad walls (Figs 697, 699–701). Aeropyles large, conspicuous, elevated, domed, openings extremely large (Figs 700 & 701), absent from middle of top of egg. Micropylar cells slightly recessed (Fig. 698). Chorion rough with short, sparsely distributed, evenly spaced ridges (Figs 700 & 702), granular on posterior pole (Fig. 701).
