Colour: Very pale green, becoming pale yellow to pale pinkish­orange with darker spots then transparent grey on maturity (Fig. 703).

Size (mm) (n=20): L = 0.77 ± 0.01, W = 0.59 ± 0.01, T = 0.55 ± 0.01.

Shape: Moderately broad, sub­elliptical, dorso­ventrally flattened (Figs 703, 704, 706, 707).

Characteristics: Soft chorion; egg distinctly marked on all surfaces by concave, hexagonal cells with elevated, moderately broad walls (Figs 703–709). Aeropyles conspicuous, elevated, domed, openings moderately large (Figs 704–706 & 708), present on all surfaces apart from middle of top of wider lateral side (Fig. 707). Rosette cells slightly recessed; micropylar cell walls overlain by narrow reticulum (Fig. 705). Chorion regularly pitted (Figs 708–710).
