Shape: Broad, sub­elliptical; anterior pole truncated; flattened dorso­ventrally (Figs 200–203, 204).

Characteristics: Egg marked only on anterior pole by flat, hexagonal cells, with narrow, elevated walls and elevated aeropyles with moderately large openings (Figs 201, 203, 204). Chorion appearing blistered, granular in appearance (Figs 203, 204–206), wrinkled on anterior pole (Fig. 206). Cells in micropylar area slightly recessed (Fig. 202).
