One of four short-looped terebratulides, it is widely distributed in the studied area, being found on 12 seamounts and on the southern slopes of New Caledonia and the Isle of Pines ( Tables 1, 2), with a depth range of 228–1150 m ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 ). Stenosarina crosnieri was first reported from the Norfolk Ridge by Laurin (1997) and Zezina (2005) and is common around New Caledonia. It also occurs in the Indian Ocean on the northwestern side of Madagascar ( Cooper 1983; Logan 2007).
